Abstract

The present study entitled “A study to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding OSCE among nursing students in TMM College of Nursing, Thiruvalla” was conducted in 2021. The objective of the study was to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding OSCE among Nursing Students. A Descriptive Survey Approach and convenient sampling technique were used to conduct the study among 50 Nursing Students in TMM College of Nursing. The data were collected by using structured questionnaire for knowledge assessment and a Likert scale for attitude assessment. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics. Most of the samples, 38 (76%) had average knowledge regarding OSCE. Out of 50 samples, 38 (76%) had moderately favorable attitude towards OSCE. The study concluded that most of the nursing students have average knowledge and moderately favorable attitude regarding OSCE.
