Nursing students undergo extensive learning experiences in their curriculum and are closely monitored by their superiors in the process of clinical learning. It is well known that individual differences exist among the teachers and the students. The aim of this study is to explore the human rights violations in the teaching learning environment as perceived by the nursing students. A descriptive design was chosen. Usingself-report, data was obtained with a checklist from62 nursing students selected by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the students perceived human rights violation ranging from low to severe violation. The study concluded that there was no difference in perception on human rights violation among the nursing students of different nursing programs.
