Inter professional learning is understood as professionals work together and learn from each other to further improve the healthcare discipline collaborations and the quality of care for individuals, households, and communities. Services the health professional needs to address the issues/diseases from the point of evidence based practice, which needs to be familiar with other profession’s knowledge. The research approach used in study was quantitative approach. The investigator adopted a non-experimental descriptive design. The sample size of the study was 50 Nursing students. Non probability convenient sampling technique was used. The standardized tool was selected for the assessment of. Readiness for Inter Professional Learning Scale (RIPLS). Most of the students, 39 (78%) have high readiness for inter professional learning, 11(22%) of the students have moderate readiness for inter professional learning and none of them have low readiness for inter professional learning.
