The pretest data was collected from the participants by using modified Likert scale to assess the challenges faced by the Nursing students during the clinical placement. An empowerment programme was given to the students. On the third day, after completing the Empowerment programme, the investigator assessed the posttest level of to combat challenges faced during the clinical placement by modified Likert Scale.
