Abstract

The study was undertaken to assess the effectiveness of structure teaching programme on the level of knowledge on prevention of worm infestation in selected school. In pre test, 50 samples (50 %)Had inadequate knowledge and(10%) had moderate knowledge whereas in post test, 47 samples (47%) Had adequate knowledge followed by 3 samples (3%) with moderate knowledge With none of the sample had inadequate knowledge. The mean score of the post test(11.19%) was double mean score(28.91%) This indicate That there is an improvement Knowledge level participant After structure teaching programme there was a statistically significant difference between pre test and post test score on knowledge regarding prevention of warm infection among the secondary school children at level P<0.05
