A quantitative descriptive study was conducted to assess the learning styles of the 47 B.Sc. Nursing Students studying in semester – I selected by purposive sampling technique. Data was collected by giving the VARK Learning styles questionnaire which consists of 16 different questions to evaluate the student’s learning styles. The learning styles were grouped with the score interpretation of the VARK Questionnaire. Analysis Data were reported as percentages of students in each category of learning style preference. Association of the Learning styles with demographic variables was done by Chi Square Test. The study concludes that 21 (44.6%) B.Sc. Nursing Students adopt Kinesthetic Style of Learning, 12 (25.5 %) adopt Visual Learning style, whereas 9 (19.3%) and 5 (10.6) have Reading and writing and Auditory or aural as their learning style respectively. There is no significant association found between the learning styles among the B.Sc. Nursing Students with the demographic variables.
