Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become a mandate standard and an inbuilt culture of any organisation. Nursing being the largest task force in any HCO contributes directly and indirectly to the organizations ’CSR Activities. The fundamental responsibilities of a nurse are: to promote health, prevent illness, restore health and alleviate suffering. Nursing Directorate at Global Health City (GHC) views nursing beyond care at bedside, conceptualizing CSR as an integral concept of caring to encourage a positive impact on the environment. This article discuses how Nursing Services at GHC embodied CSR CONCEPT: 3-R FRAMEWORK in its core values and Nursing practice.
