Abstract

The education of nursing students require a balance between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice-probably the art and science of nursing. This article shares a meaningful, satisfied, balanced experience of a clinical instructor with dual responsibility in nursing. It also highlights the responsibilities of an instructor and the associated learning outcomes of students.
