Abstract

True experimental design to compare the effects of Flipped Classroom Versus Traditional Lecture Method of Teaching among nursing students of second year B.Sc Nursing students was carried out. Interventions were administered. The result revealed that in the experimental group pretest level of knowledge was 7.51 ± 9.68 and posttest level of knowledge was 13.72 ± 11.16 and t value was 8.91 at p < 0.001 level significant. In the Control group, pretest level of knowledge was 7.79 ± 10.17 and posttest level of knowledge was 11.65±10.71 and t value was 5.54 at p < 0.001 level significant. The study concluded that flipped classroom was more effective than the traditional lecture method of teaching.
