Abstract

Women prefer to use complementary therapy methods for managing menopausal symptoms rather than using pharmacological method. This review examines the use of reflexology and paced breathing techniques in experimental group and foot massage in placebo control group for managing menopausal symptoms. 5 women each were in Experimental group I and II and 10 women in control group. Findings suggest that post test, both the experimental groups depicts mild symptoms and there is no change in Placebo control group. The results reveal that reflexology & paced breathing was effective to all menopausal women
