A pre- experimental, one group pre-test and post-test design was adopted and convenience sampling technique was used to recruit 72 samples. Data was collected over the period of 7 days. On the first day, pre-test was conducted using a structured questionnaire and structured teaching on adolescent anemia was administered. After one week, post test was conducted by same tool to assess the knowledge on anemia. Knowledge scores among B.Sc. Nursing students on anemia shows that in pre-test overall mean score was 15± 5.91 and the mean percentage was 20.83%. Whereas in post-test, mean score was 24.11±3.99 and the difference in mean percentage was 33.48%. Hence, implementation of STP on anemia was highly effective in improving the knowledge of adolescent girls.
