The adolescent years are a time of transition from childhood to maturity. Dysmenorrhea seems to be the most common gynecological condition in women regardless of age and nationality. The present study was carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of pelvic exercises versus aerobic exercises during dysmenorrhea amongadolescent girls in selected private college at Tirupur District. True Experimental design using Simple random sampling technique was used. 90 adolescent girls were selected as study samples based on inclusion criteria. The study findings concluded that Pelvic exercises was effective than Aerobic exercises to reduce the level of dysmenorrhea among adolescent girls (P<0.05).
