Assessment on communication skills among adolescents

Communication is an expression for right cause and on the right platform. The aim of the present study was to assess the communication skills among adolescents. A quantitative descriptive design was adopted among 100 school children using stratified random sampling technique from three different schools. Data were collected through structured Interview method. The Result revealed that the mean and standard deviation of communication skills are 56.94 ±15.06 and none of the adolescents have poor and excellent communication skills. 82% of the adolescents have average communication skills. 18% of the adolescents have good communication skills. The study concluded that most of the adolescents have average communication skills.
