Coffin-Siris syndrome is a rare genetic disorder which affects the several body system including the skeletal system, movements, vision, hearing, speech. It is caused by variants in one of several genes. The several symptoms are wide mouth, thick lower lip, feeding difficulties, loose joints etc. There is no prognosis or standard treatment for the condition. The treatment is based on the symptoms which may include physical, occupational, speech therapy and educational services.
