Abstract

Neurocysticercosis is one of the major causes of ingestion of undercooked pork in young children. A 10-year-old male boy was admitted, in medical ward with the chief complaints of seizure with drooling of saliva lasting for 30 minutes in the form of generalized tonic clinic seizure and constipation since one week. The blood values were abnormal. TheCT scan reports with rightparietal calcified granuloma with white matter edema. The MRI scan reports hypodense lesion on right parietal cortex purulent edema.
