In 2020, WHO highlighted that more than 600 million cases with junk food related diseases are registered at global and sub-regional level. This descriptive study was aimed to assess the knowledge on health hazards among school children. Quantitative research approach with descriptive research design was adopted in this study. Seventy-five participants were selected using simple random sampling technique. The findings revealed that 56 (75%) had inadequate knowledge, 15 (20%) had moderate knowledge and 4 (5%) had adequate knowledge regarding the health hazards of junk foods among school children.
