Neck pain is a rising health issue among adolescents due to the use of digital devices. The deep flexor muscle strengthening exercise has an important role in head-on-neck posture stabilization. This study assessed the effectiveness of deep flexor muscle strengthening exercise on neck pain among middle adolescents in selected schools. Quantitative research approach with non-equivalent control group pre-test post-test design was adopted. Data collected through modified neck disability index questionnaire. The findings revealed a significant reduction of neck pain (unpaired ‘t’ value = 25.7 at p=0.05) and showed that deep flexor muscle strengthening exercise was effective on neck pain among adolescents.
