Abstract

The present study assessed the effectiveness of colour mind test on attention span among 30 primary school children using non - probability convenient sampling technique at Chennai by adopting one group pre test post test design. The pre test level of attention span was assessed using puzzle and observational checklist and the post test was conducted after colour mind test with the same tool. There was a statistically significant difference between pre and post test mean attention score with the ‘t’ value 2.45 at 0.05 level of significance. Hence the colour mind test was effective in increasing the attention span among primary school children.
