One of the most talked about agenda in a developing country like India is maternal health. The country is currently facing a nexus as on one end the concept of universal health coverage is on the rise whereas on the other side India reports a comparatively high maternal mortality rate in the pool of developing countries. Owing to this the present paper is centered around maternal health care where we talk particularly about the availability and accessibility factors governing the utilization of maternal care at selected urban primary health centers. The study includes 200 maternal women who visited UPHC to seek treatment during their pregnancy period. However, in some cases one would also find samples who visited to seek confirmation about their pregnancy. The application of logistic regression shows that the satisfaction of maternal women was found to be higher in cases where they visited for confirmation and regular pregnancy check-up than any other treatment.
