Youths today live a dynamic life that combines deep exploration of identity and purpose, high levels of academic or professional pressure, and extensive digital immersion. Important experiences include managing mental health pressures like anxiety or fatigue, balancing social media, developing peer relationships, and becoming independent often while attempting to affect societal change. Managing daily life as a student may be a chaotic jumble, balancing social belonging, personal safety, preserving one's dignity, and dealing with any discriminatory exposure. Personal Safety, Social Belonging, Expressiveness, Power Positioning, Dignity Experience, and Discriminatory Exposure are the six categories on which the daily life experiences of students in HEIs are examined in this study.
