Abstract

Present paper focuses that use of recent technology in courts may become paper-less and records can be stored on few DVDs, immediate retrieval of records are possible in few minutes, physical barriers can be restricted in placing actual records of evidence, visual animation and presentation of arguments, Internet Aids will help in proper case analysis and understanding of facts. Real time monitoring of cases will be possible for courts. Congenial and comfortable atmosphere will definitely helpful in increasing efficiency of the entire judicial system.
