The process of globalization, polarization of classes, denial of rights, increasing incidence of poverty, sharpening of inequality, growth of caste fanaticism, heightened social tensions, rise of separatists tendencies and weakening of nation-state have taken place resulting into substantially erosion of the economic sovereignty, cultural identity, legitimate political strength and even the territorial integrity of the nation.
