The present study was carried out for documentation of native plants of medicinal value which are exploited for medicinal purposes in the Bajag forest of Dindori district of Madhya Pradesh. The Bajag forest is rich in biodiversity as well as ethno medicinally important plants. Information was collected from tribal communities residing in Bajag forest range of Dindori district, (M.P.), using interview, observation and other Anthropological methods among the local medicine men namely Gunia, Ojha and Panda of the area. First hand information on ethno medicinal uses of plants, mode of administration, local and botanical name as well as family is enlisted in the paper.
