Abstract

The harassment at the workplace by the males is the reality of the working women's life. The sexual harassment of women particularly the working women at the work place by their male counterparts is one of the evils of the modern society. In India there is no one who is capable to combat this evil of the sexual harassment of working women. Even through Indian constitution provides right to equality both women and men. Women have equal right to choose any profession and area of work or business activity. But in practice women are discriminated against both in their homes and outside their homes.
