Swami Vivekanand concept of religion is a completely free religion, free from the holds of superstitions, dogmatism, and intolerance. He tried to make religion the highest and noblest pursuit-the pursuit of supreme Freedom, supreme Knowledge and supreme Happiness. He interpreted religion as a universal experience of transcendent Reality, common to all humanity. His idea of religion is one of the most significant contributions. His religion was the religion of service to humanity. His idea of religion if fostered in the minds and hearts of our young generation will help to make them break the reins of narrow-mindedness. It will remove all the misconceptions regarding being religious by seeing religion in a new light which will motivate them to love their fellows irrespective of their caste and religion. Religion as taught by Swami Vivekanand will help us fight the forces working against the unity of India and India will soon emerge as Nation representing Unity in Diversity in true sense.
