Vivekananda: The leader and leadership style

The grandeur and splendour of Swami Vivekananda as a spiritual leader have been elucidated by many, from categories comprising both the followers as well as the academics, who made an attempt to understand the phenomena of Sri Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda. The present author does not have the competence to revisit the role of Vivekananda as a spiritual leader. What is attempted herein is to consider another dimension of Swamiji's multifaceted personality which has attracted somewhat less attention hitherto. The attempt is made herein to look at Vivekananda's ideas on leadership and his own leadership style he practised.
