Abstract

This research study aims to explore relationship between ‘personal values’ and ‘managerial effectiveness’. The study was done using a sample of 200 managers serving in private sector organizations. Variables in the study were assessed using two validated instruments. Descriptive statistics like, ‘Pearson Product Moment Correlation’ and hierarchical regression analysis were used to analyze data. The study revealed that all dimensions of ‘personal values’ were positively correlated with ‘managerial effectiveness’.
