Abstract

Today, most organizations have critical problems of establishing strong ethical work culture among employees. Indeed, several researches have emphasized significance of congenial employee relations based on sound ethical values and mutual trust at their workplaces. Mere solidarity among work groups does not lead to good ethical behaviours unless and until ethical work attitude is developed among people. In most cases, organizations usually expect great laurels from employees in terms of high contributed efforts, achievements and target attainments. But in long run, perhaps the organizations are not ensured with great yields from the employees due to the leniency in emergent of fairy work ethical values. Provided the work groups are made aware of the significance of ethical culture, then the organizations would have to expect the maximum work potency from all the groups. This paper highlights emergence of ethical culture among the work groups.
