This paper elaborates the philosophy and values of the Gita, as applied to management, to address problems of inner disharmony faced by a manager. It reviews how the manager can use yoga to achieve mental calm, delineate human values from the Gita, and use values such as ‘lokasamgraha’ (social well-being) and narrow down difference between personal values and organizational values. The paper also guides how Gita can be helpful in developing leadership qualities.
