Data Mining Techniques for Biological Information Retrieval System: A Primer

Information is the basic requirement and backbone for simulation of knowledge and memory is the key aspect for knowledge. The biological records are very huge and complicated to manage and congregate. Data warehouse and data mining technique is the only sophisticated way to collect, store, process and retrieve the biological knowledge from different external and internal data sources because data warehouse & data mining is the object relational database management system, designed to meet the intelligence based on-line analytical processing. The details of these technologies are discussed in present paper.
