Mutagenic effect of various concentrations of Methyl Methane Sulphonate (MMS) was studied on seed germination and seedling height in M, generation of Solanum melongena L. (var. Pusa Kranti) showing significant effects on seed germination and seedling height whereas high concentrations of MMS adversely affected germination.
