An ethnomedicinal field survey was carried out to collect information regarding the use of medicinal plants in Tribal area of Nanpara Tahsil of district Bahraich, (U.P.). The information presented in this paper was gathered from the tribal people, the migrants of Nepal and working as labour in the area by using an integrated approach for the botanical collection, group discussion and interviews with questionnaire. Out of several collected plants, this spiny herbaceous flora locally called "Peli Katalli" by tribal people, is used in cure of different various dermatological problems.
