The floral diversity in the wildlife sanctuary is immense. The phytodiversity of KWS presents 95 tree species, 57 shrubs, 28 climbers and 23 species of grasses. The inhabitants of forest villages as well as villages situated adjacent to forest areas are almost totally dependent on forest products. The present communication is the documentation of eighty eight plant species of ethnobotanical value in KWS.
