The infestation of Amrasca biguttula biguttula Ishida was started at 21 days old okra crop and reached its peak when the crop was about 63 days old and thereafter its population followed declining trend. The economic threshold was determined as 2 jassids per leaf of okra. Four spraying of imidacloprid gave highest net return Rs.35, 760 and cost benefit ratio 1: 10.
