Abstract

Field experiments were conducted during winter (Rabi) season of 2005–2006 and 2006–2007 to investigate the effect of different integrated nutrient management levels on growth, yield and economics of cauliflower. Plant height, number of leaves per plant, stalk length, spread of plant, leaf size index, length of main root, gross curd weight and yield increased significantly with the application of T7 (FYM 50% + VC 50% + NPK 50% + Azotobacter) treatment and cauliflower cv. Madhvi was highlighted in increasing up the yield than Snowball-16 during both the years of investigation with maximum benefit: cost ratio.
