The Constitution of India declares the nation to be a secular, republic that must uphold the right of citizens to freely worship and propagate any religion or faith. India is the birth place of four of the world's major religious traditions; namely Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism and Sikhism. Throughout its history, religion has been an important part of the country's culture. Religious diversity and Religious tolerance are both established in the country by law and custom. Although religion is the internal matter of every individual but when political activities are involve with religion and some people who for their personal interest misuse the name of religion for selfish interest then these activities are harmful for whole mankind. There is a need of time for every individual to think about such problem and try to live with each other in a harmonious manner. Education is an important weapon which changes the thinking of individual and change their way of thinking about different religions. So, free education schemes are organized by government so that man kind in this earth developed and no more religious crimes are committed on the name of religion in any part of the world.
