A climate change-genesis of violation of world wide recognized human rights

This article looks at the issue of climate change from a human rights perspective. Climate change is not only an environmental issue, but also a massive human rights challenge throughout the universe. Climate change has a great impact on major human rights and it's violation. Quality environment is the fundamental and basic human rights. The human rights approach compels us to look at the people whose lives are most adversely affected due to the climate change.
