An analytical survey of conventions in constitution of India

The scope of healthy convention in India is very wide despite the detailed, elaborate, andprecise drafting of our constitution. Instead of resorting to frequent amendments, we can develop healthy political habits. Healthy conventions are specially required in the center and state relations, appointment of Prime Minister or Chief Minister, and in the electoral process. The present political scenario has blackened to the criminalization of politics and politicization of criminals which is very dangerous for the growth of a country that is against the constitutional mandate of justice social, economic, and political. Good conventions, which have been tested on the time scale, should be maintained in a democracy.
