Rights of disabled persons in India

Abstract

Physical, cognitive, behavioural, and emotional disabilities are all possible. Other types of impairment are well addressed in other subject centres, but this particular disabilities topic area fo c u s e s o n ly o n p hy s i c a l a n d se n s o r y problems. Every person is born with the same respect and right and that is not affected by any kind of disability. People with disabilities face human rights abuses, stigma, and discrimination all around the world. This paper is all about the rights of the disabled persons and following acts regarding the disability are as follows India's Disabilities, Disabled Children's Education Act, Laws Concerning Families, and International Human Rights: United Nations Charter, The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and Disabled People's Constitutional Rights.
