Justice delivery mechanism for juveniles under developed and developing countries

Abstract

Juvenile Delinquency is something which is a crime conducted by a youth who is below the age of 18 years. Juvenile Justice under any Legal System of the World is a legal framework which is helpful in defining justice for the juveniles. This system is something which gives a special treatment and protection to the delinquent juveniles. In the present scenario, everyone is aware that there is an incessant rise in the crime rate among juveniles and as the crime rate is increasing it is becoming a debatable issue universally. The present study has been conducted to examine the mechanisms of Justice Delivery for Juveniles in conflict with law under various developed and developing countries including India.
