Abstract

The interactions that disabled individuals have with societal norms and practices often result in several difficulties for them. People with disabilities are directly or marginalized for various causes, including historical, political, economic, psychological, sports, and technological. The mainstreaming of impairments in society's economic and educational systems has been the main goal of the past 20 years of increased disability awareness. So, it's imperative to understand these obstacles before offering suggestions to mainstream disability rights. After a deeper comprehension of such cross-sectional challenges has been obtained, it becomes easier to examine the national and international legal framework for the rights of disabled people. In such an analytical inquiry, whether the legislative framework is the solution to mainstreaming disability and how effective it arises. A road map for closing the gaps and implementing the necessary actions would be established by contrasting the issues brought on by barriers with the remedies offered by the People with Disabilities Act. The major goals of this research study are to outline the essential laws about people with disabilities and to try to comprehend what challenges they encounter as a result of these laws and how these frameworks already in place can benefit them.
