Abstract

In the age of globalization international traqe is the fundamental tool of various economic, cultural and political trends. By the globalization free trade has been governed at a large level by multilateral treaties such as GAIT and WTO and Intellectual Property (IP) protection as being pushed by the TRIPs which will have a grave implication on the agrarian communities across the globe especially in the developing nations, their knowledge system, innovations and practices.
