Life Skills & Emotional Intelligence: Key to Excellency of Women

Social Condition oja nation can be gauged by the standing and status of its women, which in turn depends on the ability to take independent decisions on various issues influencing their individual lives and the environment they live in, as also availing of opportunities that exist to realize their full potential. Women of India have proved that they can undertake all types of missions and work-whether be it scaling the Himalayas, going into space, serving in the Armed forces or the police, managing Multinational Companies or small business joining professions like medicine, engineering or teaching. Women face numerous challenges and discriminations emanating from social prejudices and social evils.

Thus the status of womem limits no bound. Now woman is not considered as the second sex but the first sex like male counterpart. My paper will focus on the potential requisites of a woman to excel in life through a case study.
