It is a notable fact that youth populations are more pronounced in India. According to Census of India 2011, more than fifty percent of total population is that of adolescent and they are considered belonging to high fertile age bracket in India. This paper examines the trends of child bearing among teen agers of India. It is obvious as far as developing countries population is concerned that pregnancy in teenagers is becoming a universal problem and is considered a high fertile age which may influence over population and their explosion. On an average woman in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are giving births to around four (4.0 and 3.82 respectively) children. The world's Fertility survey (WFS) has found that while India strives for population stabilization, seven out of the twenty nine high fertile states are: Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Jharkhand, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh still have fertility rates more than 3 children per women.
