The Muslim Women thinks that her birth position in society and status are all ordained by god. The Qur'an has specified her conduct from birth to death marriage, divorce, succession are the sectors of her life where discrimination abounds between man and women. Islam apposes modern ideas and thwarts change, each item of conduct is to be done in accordance, to under stand the condition of women in Islam, it is essential to have knowledge of the customs and practices of its society. In the days of ignorance women were most neglected humiliated exploited and deprived in many ways. Female in faints were buried alive because only sons were held in high esteem and were supposed to be the status strength and glory to the family. The horrible customs of infanticide was practiced by several Arab tribes and was also in vogue even at Mecca in Islam a woman enjoys such a place of honor and dignity that is certain respect her status may be considered higher than that of man. In this research paper I tried to show the right of women with man in respect of her fundamental rights on spiritual and moral status economics position legal right and in the tree light of holy Qur'an.
