Cells giving plants colour, structural framework, shape, substances and secretions are prone to the hazardous effects of drought and rainy floods. Drought affects even the store-house, colour-coding and shape-designing cells of plant and animals. The effect can permeate across and among lineages of different type of animal and plant cells. The question is the account of events that lead to plant and animal death during drought, and also floods.
