After the First and Second World Wars, the whole world realized that war is not the solution of any problem and to sustain progress economically as well as socially, it is indispensable to have cooperation between countries and therefore there was an urgent need to have trade relations between such countries. That gave rise to augmentation and establishment of global trade; the conception of International agencies as well as establishment of copious International treaties on trade and conventions of Human Rights. India is a signatory to many such International Treaties and Conventions and has responded ardently in this regard by introducing many such laws which support the texts and provisions of such International Treaties and Conventions and it is its legislative response to the International Treaties and Conventions to which it is a signatory to, which is the subject matter of the present paper and although India is a signatory to a lot of International Treaties and Conventions in this paper we shall be discussing only such International Treaties and Conventions which are based on International Trade Law and Human Rights.
