To appraise the level of performance indicators e.g.; awareness, attitude, and practices among ‘Accredited Social Health Activist ’(ASHAs) in context to neonatal and thermal care knowledge, level and practices in association with children healthcare. To fulfill the objectives of studies, all the demographic and associated clinical information about child care practices were collected from 54 ASHAs health workers were purposively selected from Iglas block of District Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. More than half of respondents stated that the neonates should be wiped just after births-out. All the respondents were aware of neonates bathing within one hour after births. ASHAs also awarded towards hypothermia and Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC). The finding shows the statistically significant contribution of education in increasing the knowledge of neonatal bathing practices among them. Their level of knowledge about neonatal care was found to be adequate.
