Reproductive trajectories among the Bhil women of Rajasthan were studied based on 287 samples obtained from married women of age group 25–65 years. Exhaustive reproductive schedules have been used to collect first-hand information on reproductive events pertaining to age at menarche, age at marriage, age at first conception, age at last conception and age at menopause. Higher age at menarche is observed in the population suggesting poor nutritional status. A transition from lower age to higher age of marriage was also observed which points toward their improved socio-economic conditions over a couple of decades allowing them to educate their girl child with enhanced awareness in the community.
