At a time when human civilisation is fighting one of its toughest battles against the pandemic caused by the Corona virus, the infiltration attempts by the Hizbul Mujahideen in Jammu and Kashmir highlight their ruthlessness and the challenge the Indian government faces in smoking out the enemies of society that aim to wreak havoc.
